Note: When you come to pick up the key

The apartment keys must be collected during office hours. Our office is open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Please note that the office is closed on public holidays, such as New Year’s Day, Epiphany, Good Friday, May Day, Ascension Day, Midsummer’s Eve, Finland’s Independence Day, and Christmas Eve.
Any opening hours that differ from those listed above will be announced separately on our web.

In the future, rents must be paid to Osuusbank’s account FI52 5172 0210 0065 33 OKOYFIHH, because the current Handelsbanken account FI73 3131 1002 2379 43 HANDFIHH expires on 30 June 2025. Please note that in the new rent invoices for the period 1.1. – 30.6.2025 is already the account number of the Cooperative Bank.
