PAYMENT NOTICES

From January 1, 2024, payment notices and collection will be outsourced to OK Perintä Oy, from which one €5 payment reminder will be sent and after that the company will collect the costs of its service directly from the tenant according to its own price list.

Resident Satisfaction Survey

Kotkan opiskelija-asunnot Oy has launched a housing satisfaction survey for residents of Arvosoppi, Koskisoppi and Keisarinranta. Instructions for participating in the survey have been delivered to residents’ mailboxes. We encourage everyone to take part, as your feedback is important for the development of our services. The deadline for responses is Wednesday, 25 February

Note: When you come to pick up the key

The apartment keys must be collected during office hours. Our office is open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Please note that the office is closed on public holidays, such as New Year’s Day, Epiphany, Good Friday, May Day, Ascension Day, Midsummer’s Eve, Finland’s Independence Day, and Christmas Eve.
Any opening hours that differ from those listed above will be announced separately on our web.
