Summer housing
In the summer, you can rent a flat from a student dormitory with a central location. We rent summer housing from May to August to all those who need temporary housing, such as summer workers.
Generally the apartments are rented unfurnished
There is wardrobe, ceiling lights and blinds in all apartments. To replace lamps / buying them (including cooker, oven and refrigerator) belongs to the tenant.
All dormitories have a sauna and laundry room. The general sauna hours are free of charge, and you can also reserve your own sauna hour for a price of 6€ per month.
The laundry rooms are equipped with free and easy-to-use machines.
All apartments have a fixed Internet connection.

The collateral in flats with multiple rooms is 350€, and in family flats 550€.

Other rented housing
We also rent housing throughout the year to others than students if there is room available.
The rent includes water, electricity and heating.

In the future, rents must be paid to Osuusbank’s account FI52 5172 0210 0065 33 OKOYFIHH, because the current Handelsbanken account FI73 3131 1002 2379 43 HANDFIHH expires on 30 June 2025. Please note that in the new rent invoices for the period 1.1. – 30.6.2025 is already the account number of the Cooperative Bank.
The sauna in F-house
The sauna in the F building is out of use for the time being due to water damage.
