Flat inspection (move-in and move-out)

Check your room and common areas carefully. Mark any defects/deficiencies (not from cleaning!) in the field provided for them. If everything is fine, leave the section blank. Flats are rented in a basic condition and with a basic level of cleanliness. Everyone cleans their home according to their own idea of cleanliness. If necessary, contact maintenance at 0500 659 063.

Please note that all purchases and replacements of lamps belong to the resident.

The flats have fire alarms. Please let us know if one is missing or if it doesn't work.
