Summer time residence
During the summer, you can rent a flat in centrally located student housing. We rent apartments from May to August to anyone needing temporary accommodation, such as summer workers.
Summer tenant rental agreements are always fixed-term.
Rent includes water, electricity, and heating. The deposit for shared flats is €350, and for family flats €550.
Flat features
- Flats are generally rented unfurnished.
- All flats include a wardrobe, ceiling lights, and blinds.
- Free internet connection is available in all flats.
- The tenant is responsible for replacing/purchasing light bulbs (including those for the cooker hood, oven, and refrigerator).
