Consent for a minor’s tenancy agreement

I give my consent for my above-mentioned child to rent an apartment or room from Kotkan Opiskelija-asunnot Oy, and I accept responsibility for ensuring that the tenant’s obligations are fulfilled (e.g. payment of rent).
